Pull Sheet
Turn a supplier's inventory list into a purchasing decision.
Paste or upload what's inbound from a supplier. Pull Sheet scores every line against real sold data, so you know what's worth buying before you commit.
In development. There's nothing to log into yet, and we're validating the workflow with retailers as we build it. Samuel Lee, Mon–Sat, 9–6 EST.
What the screen shows
One sheet per allocation window. What is inbound, how many cases are still open, and how long you have to decide.
| Set | Cases open | Window | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prismatic Evolutions Pokémon TCG Open | 18 of 24 cases open | Closes in 9 days | Open |
| Surging Sparks Pokémon TCG Closing | 3 of 20 cases open | Closes in 2 days | Closing |
| Tarkir: Dragonstorm Magic: The Gathering Open | 11 of 16 cases open | Closes in 6 days | Open |
| Foundations Magic: The Gathering Waitlist | 0 of 12 cases open | Closed | Waitlist |
Four sets on this sample sheet. Reserving is not built yet, so the button goes to the preview list instead.
Join the preview listNothing on this screen is live yet. Pull Sheet is in development. What you see above is a picture of the design we're building toward, not a real inventory feed. The set names are real published releases; every case count, day count and status against them is invented to show the layout.
Nothing on this page is a price list, an offer to sell, or a claim that any specific product is available.
Delete this notice, and the sample view with it, on the day the screen is showing real numbers.
How it would work
Four steps, from a supplier's list to a purchasing decision.
-
Get the list from your supplier
Whatever they send - a text, a spreadsheet, a photo of a sheet - is the input. No new format to learn.
-
Paste or upload it into Pull Sheet
Each line is matched to real sold data and scored for expected margin and how fast it's likely to move.
-
See what's worth buying
Every line ranked, so you know what to order and what to skip before you spend anything.
-
Order it yourself, same as now
Pull Sheet doesn't place the order or take payment. You still confirm and pay your supplier the way you do today - it just tells you which lines are worth that call.
What it does not do yet
It's in development. Here is the honest list, before you ask.
- It's not ready to use yet. What is on this page is a preview of the design, not a login.
- It does not place the order for you. You still buy from your supplier the way you do today - Pull Sheet only scores the list.
- It does not guarantee product. Availability depends on your supplier, not on FlipCheck.
- It does not set prices. It scores a list against sold data - it does not know what your supplier will actually charge until you ask them.
- It has no accounts, no passwords and nothing to install. If that changes, this page says so before it does.
- There is no price for Pull Sheet itself, because that is not decided.
Why we are building it
Working through a supplier's inventory list by hand is the part of reselling that wastes everyone's time. You get the list, price out each line yourself, and by the time you've worked through it the best lines are already gone.
A scored list fixes the order of operations. Paste it in, see what's worth it immediately, and go straight to the lines that pay.
We're building it now and testing the workflow directly with retailers. If you would use it, say so - the preview list is how we decide who gets early access first.
Straight answers
Is any of this live?
Not yet. It's in active development and we're testing the workflow directly with retailers - there's nothing to log into yet.
Does Pull Sheet buy the product for me?
No. It scores a supplier's list against sold data so you know what's worth buying - you still place the order with your supplier the way you do today.
Will there be a login?
Only if resellers want one. We are not adding an account to manage unless it earns its keep.
What happens to the phone number?
Nothing. Call (201) 414-3390 and you get Samuel, same as now. Pull Sheet would be one more way in, never the only way in.
What does it cost?
Undecided, and we would rather say that than make a number up. Join the preview list and you hear the answer before it is public.
