Cookie policy
We do not use cookies
That is the whole policy. This website sets no cookies, reads no cookies, and stores nothing in your browser's local storage or session storage.
Why there is no cookie banner
Because there is nothing to consent to. Consent banners exist to get permission for tracking. We are not doing any today, so putting a banner in your way would be theatre, and it would slow down a shop owner who came here to find a phone number.
If we add something that does need consent, a real banner will go up and this page will say so before it does.
No analytics
We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Vercel Analytics, Plausible, Hotjar, or anything else of that kind. We do not know how many people visited this page, where they came from, how far they scrolled, or what they clicked.
No third-party requests at all
Loading this website contacts exactly one server: ours. Everything the page needs is served from this domain.
- Fonts are self-hosted. We deliberately do not use Google Fonts, because loading fonts from Google would send your IP address and the page you are reading to Google on every visit.
- Images and icons are served from this domain. Icons are inline SVG.
- No embeds. No YouTube player, no Google Maps iframe, no social widgets, no live chat, no CDN-hosted scripts.
- No JavaScript. The site does not ship any. Menus, the FAQ accordion and the animations are all plain HTML and CSS.
You can verify all of this yourself. Open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab, and reload: every request will be to this domain. Then check Application, then Cookies: it will be empty.
Server logs are not cookies
Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs of requests, which can include your IP address and browser user-agent. That is a property of how the internet works rather than a tracking choice we made, it is not stored on your device, and we do not use it to profile visitors. The privacy policy covers it.
When you leave the site
Tapping a call, text or email link hands off to an app on your device. Once you are in your phone's dialler or your mail client, that app's own privacy terms apply, not ours.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour both by default, in the sense that there is nothing here to opt out of.
If this changes
We're planning to add analytics. When we do, we will update this page and the date at the top, name the specific tool, say exactly what it collects, and put a real consent banner in place before it loads if the law requires one.
