Privacy policy
Draft under review. This policy describes how the site and the business
actually work today, but a few operational details are still being confirmed by the owner
and are marked in the page source. Questions in the meantime go straight to

The short version
We are a wholesale distributor, not an ad business. This website has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. It does not know who you are. One of its forms opens your own mail app instead of submitting anything to us. The other, the FlipCheck waitlist, sends us your first name, email address and main selling platform so we can email you when your spot is ready. Beyond that, the only information we hold is what you send us directly when you call, text or email about an order.
Who we are
World Supply Express LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company operating out of Leonia,
Bergen County. For anything in this policy, contact Samuel Lee at

What this website collects
Nothing. There is no login, no shopping cart, no cookies and no analytics. Every link on the page either scrolls, opens another page on this site, or hands off to your phone's dialler, messaging app or mail app.
There is one mailto: form on the site: the preview-list form on the
Pull Sheet page. It has no server behind it. It is a
mailto: form, which means your browser puts what you typed into a draft in
your own mail app. We receive it only if you press send there, and at that point it reaches
us as an ordinary email. Nothing you type is transmitted to this website, and nothing is
stored if you change your mind and close the draft.
The Pull Sheet preview list is not a mailing list. It is a note from you telling us you would use the thing, and it arrives as an email we read and answer. There is no list, no subscriber database and no software on our side that adds you to anything, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from. If you would rather we forget the whole exchange, say so and we delete it.
The FlipCheck waitlist on the FlipCheck page is different, and it is a mailing list. It asks for your first name, your email address and where you sell most. Pressing the button sends those three answers to this website, which forwards them to us as an email through Resend, an email delivery service that handles the message only to deliver it. Nothing is stored on this website. We use your email address to tell you when your FlipCheck spot is ready and for FlipCheck updates, never for anything else, and we do not share it. Ask us to take you off the list and we delete your entry.
All fonts, images and stylesheets are served from this domain, so loading a page does not reveal your visit to any other company. See the cookie policy for the detail.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. That is a normal part of serving a website and we do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.
What we collect when you contact us
When you get in touch about wholesale, we end up with whatever you chose to send:
- Your name and the name of your shop, booth or business
- The phone number or email address you contacted us from
- Your want list, and what you have bought or asked about before
- Delivery, pickup or freight details needed to fulfil an order
- Business tax or resale-certificate information, where wholesale eligibility requires it
- What you would put on a standing sheet, if you write to us about the Pull Sheet preview
We ask for business information, not personal information. Please do not text or email us payment card numbers, bank credentials, government ID numbers or anything similarly sensitive.
Why we hold it
- To quote and fill your order
- Checking availability, pricing a case, and arranging pickup or freight.
- To confirm you are a wholesale buyer
- We only sell to shops and resellers, so we need to establish that.
- To keep serving you
- Knowing what a shop moves means the next want list gets a faster, better answer.
- To meet legal and tax obligations
- Sales records, invoices and resale documentation have to be retained.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Not to anyone, for any price.
- We do not share your want list with other shops. What you are stocking up on is your business.
- We do not run advertising, retargeting or tracking pixels.
- We do not send marketing texts or emails to people who did not ask for them.
Who else sees it
Only where it is necessary to actually run the business: the phone and email providers that carry our messages, a freight carrier when your order ships to you, and our accountant or tax authorities where the law requires it. We may also disclose information if compelled by valid legal process.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Casual enquiries that never became orders are kept only as long as they are useful, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
How it is kept
Business records are held on password-protected devices and accounts. This site is served over HTTPS. We are a small operation and we do not pretend to have enterprise security infrastructure, which is exactly why we do not ask you for sensitive personal data in the first place.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us
to stop contacting you. Email
samuel.lee@
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us.
Depending on where you live, you may have specific statutory rights, such as under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act or, if you are contacting us from outside the United States, your local data protection law. We will honour valid requests under whichever applies to you.
Children
We sell wholesale to businesses. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The FlipCheck waitlist is the only mailing list we keep, and it is used for FlipCheck news, not for policy notices.
